Managing Director, Tony Bland, brings leadership and creative energy to the company. Formerly manager of IT Strategy at premier global law firm Linklaters he has delivered many large, complex projects and his achievements include developing the Enterprise Architecture Group prior to leaving Linklaters. Previous consulting roles in the IT industry and his knowledge and experience provide for a confident approach to customer needs.

Director Les Straszewski , brings with him extensive experience of developing marketing approaches for legal and professional corporations. As account manager, he has a track record of developing marketing solutions for, among others, Allen & Overy, Brodies, Burgess Salmon, Clifford Chance, Slaughter & May and Linklaters LLP.

Director Simon Smith, a founding partner brings extensive experience, vision and creative direction to the team at Toucari. His expertise lies in resource management and strategy development based on his 15 years experience in the field. He has worked with leading law firms on numerous projects and brings with him his knowledge, expertise and collaborative approach.
